A Discover Session is our audit where we step into your company's shoes. We talk to your team, observe processes, identify where the company loses time and money.

Duration depends on company complexity β from a few days to a few weeks. We don't limit ourselves with artificial time constraints. The diagnosis takes as long as needed to truly understand your business.
What we map during the audit
During a Discover Session we analyze four areas:

Where do orders come from? Where does client data go? How many times is the same information manually re-entered? We map every point where data changes medium β from email to Excel, from Excel to system, from system to paper.
