Here are five processes we automate most often in the first month.

1. Handling quote requests

BEFORE: Client sends an email with an inquiry. Salesperson reads it, copies data to Excel, calculates manually, writes a response. Time: 30-60 minutes per inquiry.

AFTER: System reads the email, extracts data (product, quantity, parameters), generates a quote automatically, prepares a draft response. Salesperson clicks "send".

Time: 2-5 minutes. Savings: 80-90% of time.

2. Informing clients about status

BEFORE: Client calls asking "where's my order?". Employee checks 3 places, calls back.

AFTER: Client gets automatic notifications at every stage (received → in progress → shipped). Has an online panel to check status themselves.

Effect: zero status calls. Happy client.

3. Generating invoices

BEFORE: Job completed. Manager checks what was done, how many hours, what materials. Enters manually into invoicing software. Once a week.

AFTER: Job closed = invoice ready. System takes data from order, price list and completion report. Zero manual entry.

Effect: invoices same day. Better cashflow.

4. Daily/weekly reports

BEFORE: Manager collects data from 5 sources, pastes into Excel, formats, sends by email. Every week the same. 2-3 hours.

AFTER: System generates the report automatically — with live data. Sends it at 8:00 AM Monday. Or better: a dashboard everyone can see in the browser.

Effect: real-time data instead of once a week.

5. Data synchronization between systems

BEFORE: New product added to the shop. Need to add it to warehouse, price list, marketplace, PDF catalog. Manually, in each place separately.

AFTER: You add the product once. System syncs it everywhere — shop, marketplace, warehouse, price list. Price change? Once — and it updates everywhere.

Effect: single source of truth. Zero discrepancies.
