A system that fits your business.
Not the other way around.
When off-the-shelf software doesn't exist or falls short — we build exactly what you need. Admin panels, dashboards, internal tools, custom business software. With documentation. Forever yours.
Sound familiar?
An off-the-shelf tool exists, but it doesn't fit your workflow — and never will.
You're bending your company to match the software. Your people learn to work around the system instead of using it. Every month you pay for something that only gets in the way.
Excel and Google Sheets aren't a system — they're a ticking time bomb.
One file shared by ten people. Formulas nobody understands. Data someone accidentally overwrote. And zero change history. That's no way to run a business.
You bought off-the-shelf business software. You use 10% of the features. You pay for 100%.
Licensing, onboarding, training, support — and in the end half the company still does things the old way because the system is too complex or doesn't match how they work.
Your previous developer left and nobody knows how it works.
The system works — until something breaks. Then you discover there's no documentation, the architecture is a mystery, and a new developer needs months to change anything.
How we work
We understand your process before writing a single line of code
Workshops with key system users. We map who uses what, when, and why. We design the interface around real workflow automation patterns — not the other way around.
We architect for scalability
We choose technology to match the problem, not the trend. Laravel or Next.js as a foundation, a database designed for your volumes, APIs ready for integration.
We build iteratively — every sprint delivers a working product
We don't disappear for three months to reveal a finished product. Every two weeks you get a working version to test. Feedback goes straight into the next sprint.
We hand over everything you need
Technical documentation, user guides, team training, access to code and infrastructure. The system is truly yours.
What we build
Panels & dashboards
Data management, reports, approval workflows — all in one place.
CMS systems
Content, product, and catalog management — built for your specific editorial needs.
Internal tools
Team apps: planning, tracking, CRM, and client communication.
Takeover from a previous developer
Code audit, documentation, refactoring, and a safe transition to our care.
What you get
- A working dedicated system tailored to your process
- An intuitive interface designed with your users
- Technical and user documentation
- Code in a git repository with full history
- Automated tests of key features
- Integrations with external systems and APIs
- Admin training for your team
- A growth plan and roadmap for future modules
Who it's for
Good fit if:
- Companies with a unique process that no off-the-shelf SaaS can handle
- Organisations managing large datasets that require custom business logic
- Companies tired of paying for 90% of features they never use
- Owners of legacy systems without documentation looking for a new partner
May not be the right fit if:
- —Companies with simple processes that off-the-shelf tools can handle — no need to overspend
- —Very early-stage startups — validate first, build the system later
Frequently asked questions
What technologies do you use?
Laravel (PHP) for back-office systems and apps that need a robust backend, Next.js (React) for front-end apps and rich UI panels. We choose the stack to match the requirements — not the other way around.
Can you take over a system from another developer?
Yes, and we do it regularly. We start with a code and infrastructure audit — we understand what works and how, document it, identify risks. Then we decide together whether to refactor, extend, or migrate to a new architecture.
Who owns the code?
You do, from day one. We work in a git repository that you control. We don't use any vendor lock-in practices — you can switch developers at any point with full access to everything.
What if requirements change mid-project?
They always do. That's why we work iteratively. We define the MVP scope up front, then re-prioritise every two weeks for the next sprint. Changing requirements are normal for us, not a problem.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
Yes — it's one of our core engagement models. After launch we can stay on as your IT care team on a subscription basis: monitoring, fixes, development of new modules. Details on our IT Care service page.
